Q: Does Nolio integrate with configuration items in the ServiceNow CMDB?
A: The great thing about ServiceNow is that it’s very easy to personalize and integrate with other platforms. Nolio is also a very open and flexible platform so both can call and react to each other very easily. In fact, the demo shown in the webinar uses Nolio’s open API to create a ServiceNow SOAP message outbound call and allows ServiceNow to access all of Nolio’s features (such as executing a Zero Touch Deployment™ directly from within the platform). Similarly, ServiceNow’s CMDB is accessible using direct web service call and it is easy to make these calls from any Nolio process (i.e. our built-in and ready-to-use SOAP call action that can be dragged onto any process).
